Watermansport ships your order with PostNL.

PostNL delivers on Monday to Friday during office hours. Therefore, choose an address (your work or something similar) as a delivery address where someone is present during those times, so that PostNL is not standing in front of a closed door.

All orders that are in stock and received before 3:00 PM on working days will be shipped to you the same day. We try to email all our customers a track and trace so that you can track your order.

EXCHANGING SIZE OR COLOR:

Would you like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return the item within the cooling-off period. You order the new item as a new order.

Watermansport will therefore charge any shipping costs again for preparing, transporting and delivering the order. In the shopping cart you will see the shipping costs that apply to your order.

RETURNS

After receiving the ordered items, you can return them within 14 days without giving a reason. The costs for this return are at your expense. The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, in the original packaging and with a fully completed return form to Watermansport Treubweg 15-17 1112 BA Diemen.

After receiving the items, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. Watermansport has the right to refuse damaged, soiled and/or worn items, and in consultation with you, to reduce the value and as such to refund a lower amount.

Unstamped returns will be resolutely refused. In addition, damage or loss of the return shipment is your risk. How you send the return is your responsibility. Proper packaging naturally limits your risk.
