Ordering procedure

The minimum rental period is 5 days (including pick-up and return day). On the first day of the rental period, the skates will be ready at the specified location. We would like the skates returned on the return date. Size selection: select your (walking) shoe size.

Boot

This Cross Country boot has been specifically designed by Zandstra with skating in mind. The specially designed cuff, extra stiff sole and anatomical insole provide extra stability and comfort while skating.

Furthermore, the shoe is lightweight, the Free Heel Counter ensures optimal support and fit of the heel, and the plastic parts are reinforced with fibreglass. Finally, the protective outer layer is lightweight, elastic, breathable and waterproof, and the 45-degree lacing system prevents the foot from rotating in the shoe.

Skate

The Zandstra Nordic Race 4163 comes with the Nordic chassis. This skate consists of an aluminium frame, which makes it very lightweight. The binding is infinitely adjustable. The unique attachment of the binding to the skate is patented (Patent: 1031965). The Rottefella skate binding has an extra stiff flex, specially developed for skating. The torsional stiffness in combination with the high-quality stainless steel (60Rc) make this skate ideal for long trips on the ice, even the Elfstedentocht! Suitable for both natural and artificial ice.
